Hi Everyone
I propose that ONCE per year, CCP grants a 2 WEEK window where by all players for the price of 1 x PLEX be given the opportunity to max out 1 x SKILL of their choosing.
Your thoughts please..

I'll take a nice rank 12/14/16 skill for a plex any day, getting 2 months of training for 1 plex is a no brainer.
That said, this is clearly a futile attempt to get around the strong objection of the community to buying SP with plex, and making available during some small, arbitrary window wont save it. |

Someone wants battleship 5 without the ~25 day training time.
*IF* they did it, it should be a fixed number of skill points not "max one skill". I'd much rather max out a number of smaller skills than one big one, and CCP shouldn't be rewarding people just because they happen to be able to train the most intensive skills at the right time.
As with all such proposals, i'd use it if I could, but don't care to see it implemented.
It's time to put an end to CCP's war on piracy. Fight your own battles and stop asking CCP to do it for you. |

Standard arguments for skill remaps/reimbusment
It removes the point of having skills to begin with
It removes the point of having attributes
It removes attribute implants from the game
It removes variety and instead encourages FOTM and cookie-cutter setups
It removes the uniqueness, history and "character" of your character
It removes planning and choice and consequences
It removes goal-setting, progression and any achievement in those areas
It kills character trading
It massively boosts older characters over new ones
It introduces "catching up" as a concept in EVE and instantly makes it impossible to do
So the answer is "NO"
