10.3 million Skillpoints total, Gallente Female.
Currently -1.75 sec but can go anywhere in empire without problems from concord.
Primarily she flew Minmatar but then switched to Gallente.
Pros
 Good learning skills
I can fly Enyo/Ishkur/Jaguar/Wolf Assault Frigs
I can fly Ares/Taranis/Claw/Stiletto Interceptors
I can use T2 Small Railguns/Small Blasters
I can use T2 Small Autocannons/Artillery
I can tank using T2 Reppers/Hardeners
I can use T2 Small and Medium Drones,
+8.25 Standing to Krusual Corporation
Cons
Low sec rating -1.75 (but still okay to go 1.0 space)
Some wasted Skillpoints
With a little more crafting this could be a nice drone specialist or you could go the other way and make her a frig/cruiser specialist easily. about a month to get very good cov ops or interdictor or hac.

Oxodius has contacted me ingame to say he wont be around at auction end time so will send isk to rhomb dilan now and if he is unsucessful I will return it in favour of the high bidder at that time.

Well winner is Pheonix Fire, pending the b/o offer made ingame by kelrek - i'll give him till 18:00 eve time to contact me before I offer to pheonix (the highest bidder), and then once character is sold I will return the 1.8bil that oxorius sent earlier incase he won

Well just seen kelrek has bid on a couple of auctions and not come through before so I'll forgo the hr and sell to pheonix now. Once isk is received by rhomb dilan I will transfer the character to the account of pheonix's fire's choice
