hi everyone,
I recently maxed my cap and shield skills to be able to fit my raven effectively..
So,here is the setup i use to rat and do plexes solo up to 8/10
higs:
6x arbalest cruise launchers
1x tractor beam
1x salvager
mids:
1x XL-shield booster t2
2x shield boost amplifiers t2
1x kinetic hardener t2
1x thermal hardener t2
1x cap recharger t2
lows
2x bcu's t2
3x capacitor flux coils t2
rigs:
3x capacitor control circuit
drones:
5x hammerhead t2
5x hornet t2
Sooo..with this setup i can run my shield booster for 5minutes before my cap dries out...In these 5minutes, if i leave the booster for 2-3 cycles closed i can run it permantly,so i concider this setup "perma tank"
kinetic resist is at 73% and thermal at 64%...they are not very very high but as long as my shield booster can be active all the time i concider them just enough.
THE problem with guristas rats is that you cant "range tank" them cause they fire missiles at you even at 50km.
unlike angel bs's that need to come to you at 30-10 km to start firing and you can easily kill them before the come close.
dps might seem low because i only use 2 dmg mods instead of the normal 3 i see in the common setups.
my dps is 335 without drones and 504 with drones.
if i used t2 cruise launchers (no skills yet) it would be
400 without drones and 544 with drones..
Its pretty cheap setup and if you could spend isk for 2x dread guristas bcu's your dps would be 561 
561 seems good if you concider that you only do the dmg that rats are more vulnerable to; kinetic for guristas...
feel free to comment this setup..
If you think this is absolutely crap,i would like to hear your ideas
What i dont want to hear is comments like "get a corpmate with you,or an alt (to do more dps) etc..
This is a SOLO setup and i use it because i dont have an alt,neither i want to get one.
Once more, concider this as a SOLO setup..
Any opinions to make it better?

Drop one of your amps for another kinetic hardener. Why not use PDS by the way ?

Pray their aren't any energy neut towers. Those things are pretty common and bite active tanks pretty freaking hard.

8/10 can be soloed but it would be extremely fifficult, if not impossible in that ship.
