We have updated Singularity to reflect the speed changes as mentioned in this devblog.
Bug reports and constructive feedback is most welcome.
Sisi is still using the mirror of TQ taken on May 5th. We will look at updating the mirror later this week. More info regarding mirrors available here.

Umm, both you and CCP Nozh have started threads like this, but I'll post my first thoughts in this thread.
Initially the MWD's (at least 10MN) seems messed up beyond comparison. T1 being better than T2 and Storyline probably best of all.

Echoing this. T1 has better cap use than T2, same reactivation delay, and since you adopted the across the board 500% base boost, same speed bonus. What's the incentive to use T2 or named now? For that matter, there's barely an incentive to use faction/deadspace now, either. Slightly reduced cap use and reactivation delay isn't much incentive, considering the price...although if it remains this way I suppose that will plummet.

Over 50% reduction in speed. That's awfully heavy handed, CCP. You want to keep guerilla warfare viable? This isn't the way to do it. Group guerilla warfare, perhaps, but solo will be dead.  I'll see what I can do for constructive alternatives after work.
