For most of us I believe its merely a lack of opportunity  Im sure we would be glad to enlighten the Caldari and Gallente as soon as we get the minmatar dealt with.

Slavery in all forms is an atrocity. Do not follow the darkened ways of those who think it is their "right" to enslave others.
As far as your entry question is concerned, I assume it has been a combination of the minmatar inability to coordinate their defenses and the burning out of amarr powers in war against jove and minmatar. If you observe the slavers activities carefully, you will realize that their domination has vaned and their former powers partly dissolved into oblivion. Within time the topic of slavery will be no topic in this universe anymore.

I prefer Brutor slaves. They may be stupid and stubborn but once their resistance is broken they work like a horse. And they breed like rabbits even under hardest conditions giving us even more supply with their spawn. Gallenteans are weak and tearful. But I have work for each slave.

I pay my minmatar slaves with soap :) Even got them to bath once in a while. So don't say they smell. I also let them live in small tribes 'n stuff, so don't say they don't enjoy it.
Gallente or Caldari for slaves .. HA!
Gallente would die from the hard work or just simply just cry to death for loosing their freedom. Caldari on the other hand, they would kill you just for calling them slaves.

The only slaves my family takes are criminals who would otherwise have been executed. As it turns out, the Brutor are the ones who usually commit crimes against my family. There are some Sibestor, like you Kooky, but not many. Gallente are generally too busy doing drugs and the Caldari are generally too busy masturbating to hax0red **** holovids to worry us overmuch.
