He has a very cool "avatar" and who doesn't love the name?
His base skills are solid, and raising him further will be no issue at all.
He has +3 implants loaded and is located in high sec space.
Bidding will start at 2 billion.
Buyout will be at 4 billion.
Auction will last until August 2nd 0001 EVE Time and a 15 minute no sniping rule in effect.
No in game bids will be accepted as it is not fair to the buyers here.

I would normally agree, but the last few sales I have seen with other characters around 4 million SPs sold for a lot more, around 3 billion.
