well thx for the offer but the answer is no simply for a very good reason...
Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co. 'Rogue' CY-2 --> 5% speed is ~190 mil
Neural Boost - Standard --> +4 willpower is ~15mil
both together is about 205 mil so your offer is not even in the range of its worth!
yes i am serious about the price and compared to the pirate implants this one and also shaqils will not get nerved...
whatever if you really want it you will need to make a serious offer...

im sorry but even 250 mil is not what i am looking for! it is a very rare implant and if someone really wants one of those they will pay more than 250 mil...
at the moment i have no special need to sell it fast. and i got a lot of patience if it comes to such stuff...
if you really want it make a good offer for it...
and to the shaquils implant i can just say that i already sold 2 of them for ~1 bil each so plz don't tell me its overpriced! ( only 1 of them left )
