Apples, cherries or grapes usually. Don't like going anywhere near my lovely clean ThinkPad while eating anything remotely greasy or overly messy.

Habanero Doritos, or the Blazing Buffalo Ranch flavored kind, Hot n' Spicy Cheeze Its, some easy cheese (the cheese that squirts from the can things) and Chicken In a Biscuit crackers, or use the supersized cheeze its with the easy cheese, sour punch straws or sour patch kids.
Basically these are the best munchies ever invented. And I prefer to gorge on them whilst playing eve.

I'll eat/drink anything within arm's reach... This means that I'll usually stick to tap water (I always have a bottle at my desk) as I rarely can be bothered to actually bring anything to the computer with the intent of having anything to eat while gaming. Depressing, I know.
On the other hand, I do love coffee... And coffee goes very well with a couple of sandwiches... or maybe that's just what I'm craving right now... bbiaj.

* really ****ing sweet candy, the kind that is borderline legal
- nothing picks you up faster in a boring fleet/mining/gang op than a sudden burst of sugar.
* coffee, 2 sugars
- standard, replace coffee with tea for the UK folk
* leftover pizza from last night's meet with the guys over someone's broken PC again
- down here, wherein humidity can hit 100% practically 9/10ths of the year, PC's break down way more often. Lets not forget overheating issues in 35-40C heat...
* chips and dip, specifically, ceasar's salad dip

Whenever i'm on for a session of EVE, definately need a load of tea. Milk 2 sugars. Personally I think a good brew has a performance enhancing effect. Especially for playing FPS.
As for food to accompany that, pretty much anything I can get my hands on. Buttered toast is a good one. Crumbs are a bit awkward but thats the price you pay.
