As it is now, if you use faction or T2 crystals, you can no longer contract them. When you reload your ammo and have 2 sets of say, Scorch it will tell you which set is used and which isn't. Why not put this into contracts and allow us to contract fit ships to carrier pilots without removing all the crystals and trading them and making it a huge pain? Just make sure that the contract lists the crystal as used.

At least on a private or corp contract. Doesn't have to be public.

i think you will find thats a bloody difficult adjustment. contracts simply dont allow you to contract damaged items. i doubt its possible to simply add a clause saying "except for the crystals, they're alright" - PvPers always say "GB2WoW". the message is that EVE is hard, and people just need to deal with it. wasn't it funny how when nano's started making it hard for *them*, that all went out the window? |

Well then allow damaged things to be contracted as long as it says something next to it.
