Yep its been a long time now since this patch was released. 3 months? (no im not talking about the trinity patch, this is a patch that boosted the amarr ships i think?) Ever since i got massive gfx issues.
Strange thing is that in the patch notes back than it said nothing about changing any gfx.
Mainly the problem occurs when i try to run 2x eve on the same computer.
Usualy when i try to open the second client my whole screen will start flashing white/normal color/white/normal color.
And my computer becomes completely unresponsive, the only thing i can do at this point is hit the power button on my computer. Not even Taskmanager(ctrl+alt+delete) or Alt F4 or ALT + enter or similer will work.
This issue has offcourse caused me to play eve A LOTT less, since i can no longer use 2 accounts properly without it being very unhealthy for my computer.
Has anyone been experiencing similer issues and is there a solution to these problems? That patch basicly screwed up eve for me.
I have made numurous bug reports and ingame petitions but none ever solved this problem. Im basicly afraid to start a second eve client when one is allready running since it will crash my computer.
Im still running eve classic version since the premium version gives less fps.
I got:
Microsoft Windows Xp Media Center Edition SP3
DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (directx 9.0C)
NVIDIA GeForce 7650 GS (256 MB) (Forceware version: 169.21)
VIA VT5237A/8251 High Definition Audio Controller (This build in audio card is disabled/not installed, i use a logitech USB headset for audio)
2x Eve Classic in seperate folders and seperate shortcuts on my desktop.

The flickering makes me think about a faulty video card or the likes.
Overheating or bad memory.

It actualy happens the second i turn on my second client. I been having issues with that my clients open themselfs in fullscreen mode on top of a allready running window mode client and this causes that flashing/crash. Really strange aswell is that my eve allways starts hiding itself in the upper left corner of the screen showing itself only in my taskbar with the only way to bring it up is to press alt + enter, clicking the client in the taskbar dont make it come up its just hiding.
I think the flickering is related to this , as like i said it only happens when i just start the second client.
I been trying to figure out why my client hides itself like this , and how i can force my eve to allways run itself in window mode.
