About the char
 8.6 mil sp in electronics
6.8 mil sp in engineering
9 mil sp in gunnery
4 mil sp in navigation
3.2 mil sp in science
9.3 mil sp in spaceship command
Char is specilized in flying these ships:
Covert ops
Great scanning skills.
Minmatar heavy assault ships
Lvl 5 heavy assault ships combined with good navigation and drone skills. And medium autocannon specs at level 5 helps also :)
Recon ships
Lvl 5 recon ships.
Has battlecruisers at level 5, so command ships are not far away
