I would strongly recommend this corp/alliance/family for anyone that needs some time out and just hunt whatever and when he wants to. Some chatty corpmates to teach and learn from. Pretty relaxed atmosphere.

I'm a noob, a yank, and still learning EVE and I've only been actively playing in the last couple of weeks and I seriously want to end some lives. I have just under 1.3 mil SP, 1 caracel, and about 2 million ISK after buying my skillbooks for learning, so yea I'm coming with nothing. If you need someone to plug turrets, launchers, and laser turrets with the debris from my wreckage, than so be it. EVE is a great game, I'm just really bored with NPC missions and 0 dialogue with other players, and meanless to say I'm getting bored. So yea, if you'll take me tell me where to go to sign!

Being new to PvP, that's all I'm pretty much running in (rifter), and I've been able to take part in several kills within the past day - GREAT fun! Seriously, you should join up :)

I have two accounts, one character is only 4 months old with 3.8M SP and the other even younger at 3 months and 2.4M SP - am I too inexperienced for your corp? I'm a mature player (i.e 40+) with a busy RL and I take the view that RL comes first. Eve is vastly enjoyable but it is only a game. I get online anything from 5 - 20 hours/week depending on what's happening in RL. I tried to be a carebear but it didn't work for me - I'm trying to go PvP but I keep getting killed - need practice and advice! Also, a lesson to the gangers, make sure that you pay attention to voice comms, also known as, wait to jump for my go. I hit the gate early and lost a Geddon and a set of +5's. My loss for not listening but never fly what you can't afford to lose.

He sent me first an evemail linking to info on you guys, and then asked for isk and stuff he knew we didnt have by the fact that I was my best ship (carical) when we talked, claiming to be the CEO of the privateer alliance. When I asked for more data and pointed out the flaws in his profile he told me the wardec would be in a month and left the chat before blocking me from contacting him. If this is how you guys operate, I would love to know. From a recruitment standpoint, this is not very honorable and if it was not you then people this sort of thing really give you guys a bad rep that can hurt your recruitment efforts. I would appreciate it if somebody from the REAL privateer alliance contact me in game so that I can give them all the data I have on this guy, as well, in the spirit of diplomacy.

Im novice in PvP but I would like to be "learning by doing" and pick up as I go. Looking for a corp that has active fleets everyday, and not just discussing agent missions, and OOG stuff... My only concern about Privateers, is the pirate aspect, I dont take pleasure in griefing people. (can flipping, low sec ganking etc) but with 5 war decs a week, you guys shouldnt have to resort to such, with all the War Targets you have. Just courious about your stance on piracy (since privateers is a kind of state run piracy IRL) I must say Im intrigued Ill keep an eye on this thread, if you think I might fit in send me an eve-mail or convo me ingame.
