Courier mission sharing - how does it work?
I've had the option to share missions, but I don't know how I managed it, I haven't been able to repeat it.
Is it only some courier missions that are shareable? And how do you go about it?

I'm assuming your talking about the "My fleet and I have accomplished <x>" option that you can say to your agent upon mission completion? If so then you just have to be in a fleet to get that option, there's no special trick to it. You can share all missions... at least all of the ones I've done.
*edit*
To join a fleet with someone just right click their name and select "form fleet with." You'll then see a fleet window pop up and if they accept your invitation their name will appear in that window. As long as you are in a fleet you will get the option to share the mission reward.

What the above said is generally true, but it's very buggy for couriers. Usually one only sees this option on courier missions when the destination station is the agents home station.

I've noticed that typically those courier missions where you are able split the item stack can be shared, e.g. 6 Large Containers.
Courier missions with 1 single/unique item won't show the fleet share option when you close it.
Stands to logic after all

Well, you can throw the above theory out into the deep ocean.
Just had a 5000 unit viral agents Lvl 4 courier mission which can't be shared with the fleet.

Seems you have to be in the station with the agent to have that option.. so only courrier missions that you bring stuff from station A TO agent will be shareable, those where you bring stuff from agent TO A won't be.

first sentence is ok , the second one not
courier missions are shareable if
-> you collect stuff for your agent and bring it back home ( the station where the agent is)
-> and the mission is also sharable if the destination staion is the same corp where your agent is in
(i.e u bring stuff from ur agent (corp pend insurance) to a destination far away but also pend insurance
and u get the choice
1. I finished or whatever it says
2. Me and my fleet max.....
3. .....decline....

Maybe I should reopen this bug report:

Generally speaking: if you do a courier in system you get the option to share with gang, one or more jumps out you don't. The type/size/contents of the courier mission is not relevant.
