I'm not sure which is more depressing. I lost a hard saved for Hurricane on friday to a laggy warp. Only had enough money to replace it with a Cyclone. You can get a hulk up to 12K EHP without giving up any mining ability or using anything higher than T2 (just a couple of cheap shield resist rigs). I've had several occasions where pirates would warp to my belt, see the invuln field going, and go gank the hulk in the next belt.
