The Amarrian championship was over a half year ago..
Wouldn't it be cool if there will be another championship with "named" ships as reward?
A championship with neat rewards is alot of fun, and better than giving "named" ships away to a random person in a lottery.
just an idea:
4vs4 in cruisers .. restricted to 1 cruiser per race, with some additional rules for balance.
What does the rest of the community think? |

i think we should have a Caldari-based event. m0o would have like 10 teams...

it would be fun for the elite of the cruiser pilots (im probably not one  ) to have a huge championship
there would have to be 4 different branches of the championship one for each race(otherwise the caldari would own everyone with EW) giving a unique cruiser of the corrusponding race(4 different unique cruisers for prizes) to the 4 champions(one for each race)
having 4 champions would make it so that if a amarr won everyone else wouldnt whine about the amarr getting all the unique ships and all the tourneys and all the prizes

Best way to do this is assign points to each ship and limit the ammount of points for the team. So like a bb would be 20, while a team could only have 40. A moa would be...12...A bellicose - 4 :D

Do it after the patch because this would automatically remove cruise missiles from the equation.
Make using e-war illegal too because people would only use 4 blackbirds otherwise 
I'd also consider making it a mixed engagement - allow frigates/interceptors/cruisers.

that wouldnt be profitable for ccp, since itdd take time offa kieron = extra cost,
and we already got 1 event, so then theydd run dry on ideas to fast.
