all of the pos programs I have seen sofar are still using the old fuel calc, are there any current ones out yet? |

Use a classic calculator. With Fuel Blocks you won't have any difficulties to calculate fuel for any POS.

There are 24 hours in a day, 30 days in a standard month, and your (non faction) tower uses either 40, 20, or 10 blocks an hour dependent upon large, medium, or small size respectively. |

30 days is 720 hours this is a good number as POSes do not hold more than 30 days of fuel, except for maybe some faction towers.
large POS 720x40= 28800 blocks per month
medium POS 720x20= 14400 blocks per month
small POS 720x10= 7200 blocks per month
if you want to calculate fuel for less than a month is just as easy.
(number of days) x 24 x (number of blocks per hour for your POS) = (fuel you need)
I believe some faction towers have fuel bonuses and use less than the normal amount of fuel check info on the tower for this number. |

All regular towers hold the same amount of fuel: 700 hours.
If the tower is in hisec, then that drops to 699 hours to make room for charters.
Large: 28000 blocks or 27960 blocks + 699 charters
Medium: 14000 blocks or 13980 blocks + 699 charters
Small: 7000 blocks or 6990 blocks + 699 charters
Faction towers and those with SOV use less (though I wouldn't use a faction tower these days). |

also having sov in a system reduces the amount of fuel blocks you need per hour by 25% (rounded up to 8 blocks per hour for a small pos) |

Load orca / hauler with fuel blocks / charters, fly out to tower, dump in charters, dump in fuel blocks until full, go to next tower.
Fly remaining fuel blocks (if any) back to the station.
And setup a stockpile in jEVEAssets to monitor the tower's fuel inventory. Refill when the little box goes from green/yellow to red. Or just go every 2 weeks. |
