I tryed the tobias modified 100nm mwd on a vindicator. Yes, it gives 25 % more capicitor the the ship and i've made a bugreport about it cuase it isn't right

Its not a bug, its how the bonus is supposed to work. Think about it:
Hyperion, no MWD = 100% cap
Hyperion with -25% cap MWD = 75% cap
Hyperion with tobias mwd = 100% cap
Vindicator, no mwd = 100% cap
Vindicator with -25% mwd = 100% (bonus in effect)
Vindicator with tobias mwd = 125% cap. (bonus in effect)
The hyperion gains 25% cap when fitting a tobias MWD and so why shouldnt the Vindicator? The bonus works perfectly.

Thorax gets this positive bonus also.
And the funny thing is you can keep adding MWD for increased capacitor.
