it's a paper thin electronic warfare ship with zero offense that is annoying because it stops you from locking stuff, which is what it's designed to do.
when it is unable to jam other ships and dies in 8 seconds to another ship only then will it be 'balanced'.

It can like... do stuff, and sometimes that stuff means you can't win and that's like.. not fair. soo ... it needs a wrapping up in industrial strength nerf to stop it before it can still do the stuff... like...it's supposed to.
