What are your opinions on players using two or more accounts simultaneously to gain advantage?

use multiple accounts to mine and run missions... thats the best advantage you're gonna get.

Yes, I know people with 2,3 and even 4 and 5 accounts going.
As long as you dont macro, its fine with me cause it'll take some doing to keep 5 accounts running well at the same time. I'd personally rather not.

Nothing against it myself, just most ppl in my corp have two accounts which they use to mine and haul or even do missions. One even has 3 accounts, and I find it really doesnÆt help with teamplay e.g. players with single accounts support the guy with 3 battleships earning 3 times as much as he should then gives the guy hauling or guarding a small percentage. Of course ppl with 2/3 accounts really don't need anyoneÆs help which adds to the problem. I personally would never have a second account, its bad enough having to pay once but 2/3 times out of the question.. Also they tend to use the alts for pvp and never really put there main character at risk. I just dislike the gap it creates between players with single accounts and players with alts.

I know ppl who have 4+ accounts, just because they can only train 1 guy per account. Its not like there is a restriction to it, also i bought myself a 2nd account for that reason.

I do not use an alt for PvP
I use me, Tongs, my main, proudly, in PvP
I use my 2nd account to gather resource for my corp, mining and hunting, meaning that I can be in PvP, possibly far from home, and if I need to mine for the corp, I can, without a (potential) 50 jump trip
Its a way to be with my corpmates and comrades, to fight, and to chill in front of a rock chatting, without an intervening lengthy journey

My problem is: my char has 4 base memory. I can't learn fast many skills, I can't compete in pvp, I can't compete in science, I could compete in trade skills if these existed but they don't.
So I had 3 choices: stop playing eve, delete my character to start a new one not gimped or buy another account. So I took the third solution don't blame me for that please.
Actually the other char is learning the base skills, I don't know if I will keep the 2 accounts or not, it is handy for mining but I don't mine that much however^^.

I am the proud owner of 3 accounts and only use 2 at a time...
I have 2 seperate PC's for playing Eve so I can Mine/Haul and Agent Run/Supply Cover and not have to rely on other corp members backing me up.
Account 1: Pure Combat Char
Account 2: Industry/Light Combat
Account 3: Agent/Research
Works out quite nicely although the Research char is a failure as I have never been offered even a sniff of a crappy Tech II bp as of yet and she is running 4 research projects atm.
