I've have a bit to drink,, but that shouldnt affet the question.
Whats happening with eve, Ive been out of the gaqme for a while and im curious as to how its going.

these scramblr scchanges arei nteresting. kills mwd or so I see,. How do the pirates feel aab out this, espeiallly the matari ones. I know we rely 0m speed, now that that advantage apppears to have a th4reat , howdo yiouou feel that affects things. or somethign.;

nao we hafta faight wif Kargohull Ekspanshun II to kerri a freegate. Vein sheep go BOOM sit in freegate end faight agayn!

I walked back to the place I'm staying in Ireland down a street so dark that you can't even see your own feet on a cloudy night. I had 10 Guinesses to drink tonight but that's okay because I have the tolerance of a Drinkasaurus Rex tbh. To answer the OP's question the changes to the scrammer are dynamic indeed, and we will not know how well it is balanced until it gets added to TQ (unless you tested it on SISI, which I did not.)
Also to address the question posed by the OP, the fact that some Matari ships are now slower due to the nano nerf doesn't mean jack crap tbh, since Matari ships will still be the fastest race on average. That's what I keep telling myself at any rate

Dunno... I keep hoping thats the case as well. Haven't had time to get on the test server and see...
