Question Features of Character:
Pretty much a mixed character, has these uses:
 Can perfect refine in most of 0.0 (Pirate standings)
**Production Eff 5, Industry 5, Refine 5, Refine Eff 5. some ore skills up to get less waste. can remotely use labs/factors in same system
Can Explore pretty well, not perfect
**Astrometrics 5, Hacking 4, Archeoligy 4, other scan skills low. has all the scan probe bpo's and nicely fitted anathema's all over, some in 0.0
Can Mission with most major pirate factions (Lvl4 for sansha/bloods)
**Negotiation 5, Diplomacy 5, Special social skills trained
**+9.44 to Blood Raiders , +7.08 to True Power
Can Research and do R&D , Invention.
** +ve to Creodron (only Gallente faction is not -5 due to pirate missions)
**4x research agents with RP as passive income
**Amarr Invention 5 , some other skills 3-4. can be tuned
**Can produce Amarr inties / Transport ships (impels/prorators)
Mining and Carebearing?
**Has Mining 5, Astroeligy 5, barge 4.. (exhumers in 2 weeks)
Can fly Freighter, and transport ships (only lvl1, since bonus sucks)
PVP / Fleet ops ??
**Has Logistics 5 trained, HAC/Recons 4, Battlecruiser 5. Hic's 2
**and is Minmatar/Amarr specialized up to battleship & most tech2, t2 heavy missiles, decent gunnery/drone skills.
Capitals??
**Trained with Jump drive op 5, calibration 5, fighters 4, amarr carrier 4. (33 days till 5 )
Capital remotes trained, and has logistics 5 for triage module training.
and has most the Amarr titan pre-req, logistics 5 and all the usual skills people dont take into account, just missing Energy Pulse 5. but has Capital ships 5 trained.
 ExclamationWeak points:
Still can't use tech2 barges or Covetor, has many unfinished/polished aspects, such as finishing large t2 for amarr/minmatar and finally finishing minmatar/amarr full specialization (minnie BS5)
