Really bad lag all day today

Siigari Kitawa Gallente The Aduro Protocol	Posted - 2008.08.03 06:13:00 - [1] Okay so I have a few problems with my connection as of like, yesterday. First, my cap and shields are not reading correctly. I can have an empty cap and my capacitor will read like, 70%. I'm sitting here with my MWD turned on right now just to test it and it's still showing 98% cap. It's been on for like, 2 minutes. Second, my shields are bugging all over. I'll be at 20% shields and taking armor damage. Just, ugh. Finally, I "hiccup" in space a lot. I'll move somewhere then it'll hiccup to like, 2 seconds before. What is causing this? I have relogged, restarted, docked, undocked, taken my mwd off, tried EVERYTHING and it still won't work. WHY?! www.siigarikitawa.com

I'm asking because i had the same problem before when i had another computer with a NVIDIA nFORCE 2 chipset. And it's something with the motherboard chipset to do. It's some kind of a bug in it. It was something with the BIOS clock that wouldn't sync with the clock in Windows, so there got some hicups between the syncs there. I used to have this bug ALOT then, i was writing petitions with petitions......... to CCP about this that time. But they couldn't do anything to fix it. The second after i had a new chipset on a new motherboard, that problem was totally gone. I almost lost a CNR to that bug one time. Yes it was when i had my CNR.

And ding, that motherboard have NVIDIA NFORCE2 Ultra 400 + MCP-T chipset, the exact same as i had before. So i must break it to you, but in 80% of all lag and stuffs like you told in the first post is because of the motherboard. The only way to fix the problem for you is to get a new motherboard. Sorry, there isn't anything other you can do to fix it.

I am thinking maybe they are having equipment probs or using system resources else where. not as bad as the time i was trapped in noni and had to be moved by GM though, The old days where we would get system mess "stay out of xyz system!!" were bad

I checked my internet connection and it looked to be fine. Something on the servar side I think. EDIT: also, worked fine before DT, problems started after it. _______ ◕◡◕
