I personally want to thank all of the pilots that assited with this operation, too many names to mention :) This weekend has proven very victorious for the Amarr Militia and i'm sure many more victories are at hand for us.
It is a honor fighting for the Amarr Militia, and today has shown what we loyal Amarrians can do when we gather under this banner. May God continue to grace us, and may our Empress shine her wisdom to guide us through the battles that lay ahead of us.

A glorious victory indeed, but let us remember that the work is far from over.
There will be many more battles before the Empire acheives its final victory.

Well, well. The Amarr actually did something right, Don't get used to it. Before long the Minmatar will overrun you like they did at the onset of this war. This just angers me because I was hoping the Matari would assist us in capturing systems from the Caldari but with Huola lost I think they might concentrate on retaking it instead of helping the Gallnete.

Your claims of victory are somewhat exaggerated, our intel shows nothing of the kind.
This kind of propaganda is a weak veil over your consistent failure to defend your systems from the TLF. It is a shame the 24th do not put as much enegy into fighting as they do making up lies.

Vaden relaxes in station, reading another text on the Sani Sabik while he sips a questionably colored red wine. As the cries of 'Amarr Victor' sift through his data feed, he kicks his feet off his polished desk and joins the comm channel.
So, the zealots decide that God is seeing them through when all they've done is win one system in a proxy war. While I am glad my mother nation is succeeding over the Matari, I do have cause to wonder what they will say when the Minmatar inevitably take Huola back? Where will your God be then?

It's true, the crusade has managed to retake official occupancy of Huola, having lost it to freedom forces weeks past.
But lets talk a few realities.
Liberation: As with the array of other systems the Minmatar faction has already wrenched away from the clutches of slavers, the majority civilians once enslaved in huola have found safe harbor in secure systems of the Republic. You can listen to the propaganda spun, but there's more than one group of pro-matar corporations handling freed slaves. Before huola's occupancy was retaken, countless matar were liberated.
Intimidation: It's on the news, relics and important documents have been evacuated to safer amarr space.
Militant occupancy: Officially, it's been retaken, but that hasn't stopped hourly incursions from militant matar forces wreaking havoc about huola's space lanes. The battles still rage, and that's enough to keep me interested.
Resources: Namely, what resources. Huola was hardly a strategic or economic advantage.
I am much happier on offense than defense, we've taken what we wanted from Huola, and we'll take it again if we desire it.
Enjoy your propaganda, you needed the morale.

I am not yet able to join the fight, but my determination to enlist is redoubled, and I will do so the moment the Empire considers me worthy enough to join the Crusade.

Fair enough.
MirrorGod, how do the pilots of the Matari still trust you as a leader when you've failed them in every key strategic engagement in the last 2 weeks? How do they feel about your failure to adapt and change your tactics? How do they feel about you letting the Amarr machine continue to slowly dredge over all they blitzed under their control in the initial surprise attacks?
It's humorous that your only answer to the second questions is to mimic the Amarrian tactics that defeated you, and that thus far that hasn't even helped you.
The next time you see me in space, you'll be looking through your pod window as you flee, as usual.

You must be a bitter, bitter man having watched the entirety of your pathetic race's militia brought to its knees in the past two weeks. Continue your bold words as if they assuage anyone's fears, but your crumbling morale is only proved further by constant infighting over your communication channels and the division lines being drawn. Ironic, isn't it? You tried to claim our brief period of civil unrest to be to your advantage, and yet in hindsight, it has only been the herald of your failure. I highly doubt your infighting will prove as beneficial as ours.
You should do yourself a favor and contact a well-regarded Amarrian patriarch to promise your loyal services to you, in advance of your pathetic rebellion being crushed under the iron fist of God's chosen.

Edited by: Andreus Ixiris on 04/08/2008 19:46:46 If - and it is a very large if - the Amarr have reclaimed the other seven systems that they lost and taken eight of the Minmatar systems, then I will start taking your threats seriously. In the meantime, one small victory does not make up for the constant and cloying incompetence that every member of the Amarr militia, without a single exception, has displayed since the start of the war. -----

Perhaps Righteous, you should bring your forces out from the cover of carriers and station docking ranges. Then you can see how pathetic your militia truly is.
"The Holders then trembled with fear as the legions poured forth from the gates of Hell. With liquid fire they burned the land untill soley the Holders were left. They were brought before the Prince of Darkness and were condemned. And the legions took them to their torment, for the rest of their lives and for eternity." - The Apocryphon, Book of Wrath.

Quite comedic coming from you, traitor. How quickly you seem to have forgotten sitting in Tuomuta local, hamming it up with the rest of my corp as we moved in, thanking the Emperor himself that finally a competent force was coming to help. I see your lack of talent has helped the slaves as much as it helped the Amarr, and quite frankly I can say good riddance.

Lactose > cause you want to uber blob and I like the sport Lactose > it seems you are the one that is of no use without your cap ship
Need I point out the irony of your argument, given your militia's penchant for capital ship support? I vaugely recall something about motherships being used in combat as well? And claiming we don't come out of dock range? Laughable at best, considering your militia was utterly in tears of a small special operations team operating in Amamake. Not to mention as recently as two days ago a Minmatar fleet of 40, easily doubling the size of our Amarrian strikeforce, turning tail and running from Auga to the saftey of docking range in Amamake. When they finally did engage, they were about to turn tail and run a second time, until they realized they had supercapital support.
Quote: Smog890 > i was going to have fleet warp off Smog890 > then i saw nix Smog890 > nyx Smog890 > and was like protect the nyx
Please, continue publically humiliating yourself for the rest of GalNet to see. I didn't see you complaining when your had the upper hand in this war, why are your tears flowing so freely now?
I suppose I shouldn't expect such intelligent response from a lesser race, but you are a disgrace to even the filth that are Minmatar.

Righteous take a look at things, perhaps then you can understand. I took a team of ragtag wanna-be crusaders and gave them their only hope by actually defeating a Minmatar fleet in battle. No other fleet commander, past or present for amarr, can claim that.Outgunned, without carrier support when they had four, and yet we utterly defeated them. Unlike you, I actually put my milita's capitals on the field, yet yours seem content to dock at the sign of a cyno field. Bring your capitals to fight and stop whining. Are you trying to become the Hydra Alliance of this war?
