I decided to start a second account to use as a hauler. I paid 20 Euros and made the alt. But now I get the message that I cant pick certain skills because it's a trial account. And I cant find anywhere to upgrade to a "full account"

Ouch. You can get the 2 week trial free if you do a search. You can also buy the game for 20 Euro and get a free 1 month subscription. You got ripped off big time.

Nooo I bought it on this webpage. The option to buy the game for 20 Euro. However when I play on the account it says that Gallente industrial 4 is not available to trial accounts.
Or does it say that for everyone?

If you created the account with the 20 euro/dollar option from this site, you should get a month of game time and it should have NONE of the trial account limitations.
If this problem still persists after the next downtime, file a petition about it.

Well all I can say is file a petition asking CCP about it. In game hit F12, create new petition, find a suitable category, and write a bit about your situation.

Some skill descriptions say "Unavailable to trial accounts" even if you've been playing since 03 :P Just try training it and come back if it doesn't work.

Dread is probably right. It's not like I could have trained it anyway. I think I just mixed up "industry" and "industrial"
