Ok, this is quite specific but this is what we want:
 An alliance that is either on the very verge of setting up it's own outpost or has 1-2 outposts in 0.0.
An alliance that isn't aligned with RA, Goonswarm or BoB.
An alliance of people who allow each member-corp to have a say in alliance policy.
Our corp consists of approximately 20 people. At least 4 of those are 0.0 veterans and 1 of them is close to being able to fly a dread. We operate in the EST and GMT timezones. Once we get into 0.0 we will have a massive recruitment drive so don't worry too much about our numbers.
This is an alt, obviously, so don't try and contact me ingame. Just put your details here so that I can contact you/ check you out.

Pretty much what gazthenailer said above in his post. Would you consider a corp merger? If so, give me a shout.
A little about HAVOC. We are a 160 member strong Corp. We formed our corp a little less then a month ago. We are all ex-Outbreak, ex-Fix and Ex-MC pilots.

Hello Mate, maybe you be interested in chains of chaos we are based in 0.0 opent to many corporations who are willing to strive in 0.0 we have many systems under control, no sov yet still in the 6 day process, if you may be interested or have anymre questions please drop by our public channel, FATE - PUBLIC, contact me ingame or contact our diplo miss coleman, were a pvp based alliance, and can fight and defend space, daily fleet ops, offer ventrilo, forums, kb, many fights, fun pvp no matter win or lose, we keep going, and press forward to astrive our alliance goals, were 3 month old alliance, weve held space, for almost a month un sov, now moving forward with sov and were seeking more corporations to up our alliance active base and member base, we have 30+ active over 150 members in alliance.
