Now i see the light:
NC didnt jump in (even with 150 more pilots) bcouse they are SMART
BOB didnt jump in (would have been 200+bob vs. 450NC with cap and titan support) bcouse WE SUCK.
Sumthin like:
NC: 0,0 is unimportant, we had all our ppl in Jita on the gate and BOB fleet never had the guts to come shoot us where we defended

The "Rotating NC" brings a smile on my face everytime.
Someone should copyright the term tbh as im seeing ppl using it all over.
Also we should decide on sumthin like RONC, or @NC... any ideeas?
