After assaulting Fade for 3 days, and taking 2 stations in the same amount of time, we now put our eyes onto the systems where NC has been holed up for the better part of a month.
At the moment, 2-K, 1 jump from VFK is being sieged, and last night saw up to 450 NC sitting pretty in VFK, while we were sieging 2-K, and killing unstronted towers. The most exciting moments from the VFK group came when they rotate. Now, let me explain.
"The NC rotation scheme"
NC has a habit of setting up sniping spots. They do so, even if we are 20 jumps away, killing other stuff. To not get bored (my wild guess), they set up a triangular shape of spots, and, every so often, group 1 goes to spot 2, group 2 goes to spot 3, and group 3 goes to spot 1. Wait 30 minutes, rinse and repeat. To make life more intersting at times, group 3 can go to spot 2, to try and confuse us. If they are VERY daring, they send group 3 to spot 3, and THEN to spot 2.
So, while we are siegeing and killing unstronted towers in 2-K, 1 jump from VFK, 450 hostiles in VFK, are, you guessed it, rotating.
2-K has 20 towers, so far 5 has died a gruesome death due to lack of strontium. 5 more are totally unarmed. 3 are offline.
Estimation to secure and take system and contest the constellation is, 3 days. We expect hard and long fights, including massive capital battles, where NC throws everything they have at us, to try and save their system(s).
We do, really. Rotate for us again NC.

And to put it a bit more in context, They had nearly 200 ships at the 2-k gate in vkf including an impressive 104 BS at the peak, (during my time watching the gates). 50 caps, 4 MS and a titan or 2 and guess what they did.....

It is a shame the NC are behaving a little timid in there aproach. I for one was expecting epic fights that lasted days and countless isk but this "turtling" aproach is a bit perplexing. Any pvp alliance with half the numbers of the NC would happily engage believeing there pilots are superior to the GBC. This shows how much faith they have in the northern blob meatshields and i suggest assets be moved asap

They were even engagements. Not sure why you bother lying or propagating false information, it is not going to bring down towers. You can hit all the worthless systems you like, you will be stuck in the north for 10 years at your current pace.

Yet BoB forum warriors complain that the NC defends and doesn't come to them, hypocritical? Given NC is the defender, they are under no pressure to do anything other than defend and force the enemy to bleed heavy losses in defended systems.
Wasn't this BoB's own strategy when invaded?

Yeah, killing insurable BS is a heavy loss, but loosing high value moons, Mothership, Capitals, POS's etc is not heavy loss.
