Probably been proposed before but since people keep making these virtual eve banks why not put them properly in the game?
Put your isk in the Bank of Luminaire or a khanid state bank or take out a loan? Of course it would all have to balance with the economy of eve and various other things.

I think an NPC bank would hurt the legit player banks too much. Besides, we don't need anymore magic ISK fountains.

Step 1: Take out 10,000 loans
Step 2: Buy titan
Step 3: DD all your friends/enemies/acquiantances/spouses/future spouses
Step 4: Bank takes back all the money so you have a negative wallet.
Step 5: WHO CARES YOU HAZ A TITAN.
