close to 12mil SPs can fly Falcon and has probing skills, can also fit full tech 2 tank and fly a good drake setup for missions.
Neg Sec Rating is the downside, -8.1 but easily fixed.
Let me know if interested. He is currently 1/3 of the way thro recon lvl 5 atm.

Cerberus Pilot
Missile spec'ed Cerberus pilot. Still a starter char, learnings are done with 5/4. Awesome attributes, capable of using 4 POS guns, has complete set of +4 implants. ~8.5m SP skillpoints. B/O is 3b, you can have it for 2.9b without the assets.

well, a char with learnings like that go for around 500m, a pos gunner with 4 guns goes for around 1b, which leaves a price of 1.5b for a HAC 4 cerberus pilot with average/good missile skills...
