Why not fit a mix of inertias and nanos if fit for travel? At least while nanos still work 
Good thing that station spits you out of dock range... even better he didn't see the celestial objects he could have insta warped too. 
I'd say my travel fit for a faction BS would include some buddies scouting though.

Not a very good travel fit... but it is a travel fit.
Imo Istabs + Nanos, no point in fitting WCS any longer. Most pirates have hictors fitted with Sensor Boosters to tackle with these days. And using a proto cloak is silly... use a Improved cloak so that you can use the cloaking-warp method to escape camps.
