Personally I hear good things about, Trinity, REPO and Omni.

on topic:
1. OMNOR - our kb explains why. won campaigns against biggest and toughest alliances in eve, plenty of smaller ones, lots of pro bono work to help defenseless people with awesome standing. i know im biased but we have evidence in results to back us up :D did i mention we have a titan ? :D
2. Atomic Battle Penguins - good pvpers who know their job and are great in doing it.
3. CMS - H zub. nuff said.
ive heard good words about trinity aswell, but havent cooperated or fought them personally so cant value them.
also if we count UDIE as merc corp they will get excellent results and job done for sure thou i dont like their style of playing.
and ofc if MC corps get back in bussiness, they will be best to hire for capital stuff imho.
