Now I was checking out how to deliver a batch of parts to the Gallente Federation, so i go to the deisgnated station.
To my amazement (well nothing surprises me anymore in eve) there was no commissioner...
My corpmate told me there was a thread about the commissioners being broken, but i couldn't find it so I was wondering if anyone (CCP maybe?) know what's going on? And while I'm asking. Will the BPc's be rewarded on delivery or later (reading dev blog i assume after the next patch).
Anyone that can tell me what's going on?

From the Blog it seems that the pieces are sold via buy orders, so check the market for buy orders for the epidermal sliver and cerebral slice....though it might be that you cannie see the orders (heh, i dunno if that bugs been fixed), and only sell the pieces. They should be sold to certain characters, those commisoners hence the warning about similar names and banning. So as far as i can see they won't show up in the agents tab, just as a name in your wallet when you sell the packs of parts back. I figure after the buy back ends on the 9th, the devs go through the wallets of those CCP created characters and note who's made those sell orders and passes on the BPc's to the sellers probably via escrow or trade at a certain time. *shrugs*

Well, I don't plan to "rightclick -> quicksell" my parts to anyone offering 20k/piece for 1000 pieces, cos i won't be able to see who i sold em too till AFTER the transaction.
Too much scams, tricks, etc. going on to trust on that to work.
I'm hoping a dev/polaris/GM responds and maybe gets someone who knows more to answer my question.

Right click the jove bits, add to quickbar.
Then once you are in the menu you cans see all the purchase orders as per normal and decide who to sell it to

You can only see the highest order afaik, and you don't know who its sold to till you sell

No doubt.. would suck to sell your parts to someone offering the proper price ISK not the extra stuff that goes with it.. it's the extra stuff we are interested in, the ISK is nothing to most of us :)
So how long have we been asking for a market revamp that includes names of purchasers/sellers before we make our decision? haha.
