IWP - Interwarp Plexus
Is now recruiting Combat Pilots!
IWP is an ambitious ship production corp working toward Capital Ship manufacturing, full self reliance, and eventually control of our own pocket of nullspace.
We currently have a functioning production and invention line, a rapidly growing industry branch focused on resource gathering and material supply for ship manufacturing, and an expanding combat division.
We are based in Solitude region with our HQ in highsec, POSes in Lowsec, and quick access to NPC 0.0 space. We are currently looking to strengthen our Combat Division. Most importantly we are looking for future FCs with previous nullsec experience and general fleet combat experience.
Corp provisions include Ventrilo access, POS access, jump clones, Web Forums, ships at cost, etc...
Requirements:
A willingness to learn and listen, to be apart of something bigger than oneself. To learn tactical and logistical aspects of combat in a hostile environment. Prepared to lose in order to gain, with the determination to succeed.
Skill Requirements?
As for general combat pilots we don't have any steep skill limits.
Just that you have your basic combat skills worked out and you are at least somewhat competent in a battleship.
As far as FCs? Definitely need a good bit of combat experience... specifically fleet oriented. Yes... experience and personality are the keys to this one.
Another thing to note is that we emphasize team play.
We don't demand any specific schedule out of our players, but we expect that whenever you are on you are doing things with the group and with the corp in general. Group relationships are very important to us as a component of overall morale, plus it's just way more fun that way.
