All components are located in Ameinaka (3 jumps from Rens) Which has open building slots for constructing the egg . Then it's just as easy as taking a Freighter throw a WH and into your space. I am willing to negotiate the prices slightly, can also workout transporting the components else where if needed as well.

Why would you bother with jita prices. They are such slow moving items that the market is largely unused. some of your prices are ridiculously over valued at 400% build price. By the time people get to building outposts, you should probably assume they are capable of basic maths.
I'll offer build + 10% on some of the parts.
