I am currently looking at "cancelling" my EVE subscription, due to time issues in RL. However, I would like to know if cancelling my subscription means that my character will be removed from the game world.
If so, is there any method to "suspend" my account for a few months? Just to have my character saved for when I come back?

Greetings,
If you cancel your subscription your character will not be deleted for at least three months.

Thanks. Guess I can cancel it then pay for a month after the 3 months is about up.

AFAIK they do not delete accounts at all. My buddy came back well over 3 months later.

LOL 3 months? i just loged into my accout that i cancled over 1 year ago...and my pretty char is still there LOL....you think the game is a good game to come back to?

Well I invested the time into making my character in what she is, so I don't want the fact that I don't have the time to play mean that I lose my character. More than likely I'll be back.

Hi Idara,
If it was me in your shoes I would pay the pittance of a subscription fee and just log on long enough to start a new skill training.

Eve support search says they preserve it for 6 Months
