Cerb or drake are pretty much your only options, unless a Manticore fits in with your thinking.....

i don't play wow. your response is both idiotic and uncalled for. The point of my question is for a suggestion to help me decide which skills i will need to train to fly a ship which can sneak up on somebody, kill and bail before corp mates can retaliate.
It's responses like yours that makes these forums, and others like them, tollerable at most. Fortunately, I don't let narrow-minded 12 year olds chase me away.

While that comment was a bit uncalled for, he is essentially right. You cannot be stealthy with a multi-gigaton ship.

Heavy assault missile cerb or drake. Gank Raven is good too depending on how stealthy you need to be, as it's not agile.

I'd say a force recon if you want to warp cloaked and do some damage when in range.
Stealth bomber does high damage, but dies soooo quickly if not careful.
Or you could just train cloaking and cloak whatever ship you like to use. Its all how you use it in the end, not how big it is:)

a HAM cerb is your best bet with caldari
however a zealot or deimos would definately be a lot better.
