I am really upset right now and feel like quitting

you konw, honestly, if people didnt complain and ***** when they got scammed / gatecamped / pirated ect. this game honestly wouldnt be worth playing, if everyone just took it like emotionless machines, it would take the joy out of pirating, and scamming, and whatnot
every pirate here, who comes and complains about people being disrespectful is a ****ing hippocrit , you come on here and say "internet spaceships is serious business" and then go and freaking celebrate when you pop a freighter worth billions and brag about it on the forums, you are doing EXACTLY what your victims do if they get popped in a suicide gank, you are showing emotion due to an event in game, while simultaneously telling your victims to stfu, and do nothing since its a game, and to not show emotion, while you are HAPPY you killed him
now you can either:
a.) get over it, let the victims cry and insult you, and not complain about it, and then you can brag on the forums about how you popped a freighter worth billions, and no one would care, you can show emotion at being happy you made another billion, and let the victime cuss you out, and laugh about it, that is what this game is about, making yourself richer while making the other guy poorer
b.) you can talk about carebears complaining about "internet spaceships" and stfu when you pop that CNR, because when you ask why they are so disrespectful when they lose that CNR (IE SHOWING EMOTION) you coming and bragging about it and complaining about them is also SHOWING EMOTION, which is what you want them not to do in the first place, which as i said, makes you a hippocrit
as i said before, hurting people's feelings and being happy about it is what this game is about, stfu and let them smack on local and the forums, honestly, its showing that you did a good job, why cant you see it as that, instead of "why are carebears so disrespectful when you kill them, i popped this Navy Mega, and he cussed at me, it sucks and i want it to be changed" or some other crap like that, by taking emotion out of the game, you are like turning the game into work, you do it and its done, thats what you want, same thing you do at work, you do it and its done, you dont do it for laughs, but this is a game, which is for laughs

it is very rare that i find a post that truly makes me laff out loud...
u can imagine my amusement when i found this one...
i lol'd so hard i squirted coffee thru mah nose. twice. at work. in front of ma boss. then he read it and, he wont admit this, but i think he pee'd his pants just a lil.
good fun all round, getting scammed sucks ass, and i dont endorse it but i can appreciate witty commentary and sarcasm when i see it.

When you cheat someone out of everything they own it causes emotional damage, which I guess most people here just laugh at. Hell, I PvP but I don't resort to this kind of sub human bullshit.
