Obviously I checked the list with resources first, but the 1 thing that seemed very usefull didnt work: http://www.evemissions.com/
Anyone a clue what the right link should be? Or where I can find a good lvl 5 mission guide?

Thanks, I'm not interested in lvl 4 mission guides though, been there done that :)
I guess there's no good guide with all lvl 5 missions then? :(

Using eve-survival is probably your best bet. I started running Lvl5 missions not too long ago and was disappointed at the lack of guides as well. Since then I've been adding my missions to eve-survival once I get them fully mapped out. I've put up 3-4 so far and will be adding another one tomorrow. Hopefully other people will start doing this as well in the near future.
Right now when I find a mission I haven't run before, I just Google it. Occasionally I'll get a hit on a forum that might have a screenshot or two that gives hints but really it's mostly undocumented so far.

www.evemissions.com is coming back online and i am the orig. owner 
I have recieved around 50+ emails requesting it to come back online but only one person wanted to take responsibilty of it.

That's great. I've heard a couple people reference your site but I started doing Lvl5 missions right after it was taken down so I never got a chance to see it. If there are any missions that I do that aren't on it, I'll make sure to report them.
BTW, awesome name. Red Dwarf is a great show.

Yeah i had to take it down as i was moving from one country to the other and in the process my provider wouldnt waver a 2 month period where i was getting a new Credit Card...
But all is good now and coming back online
