ok so i have trained up a couple skills from our last talk
my new raven set up for lvl 4 is
low
4x capacitor flux coil II
1x ballistic control II
med
1x photon scattering II
1x heat dissapation II
1x extra large shield booster II
1x shield boost amp II
1x invul field II
1x cap recharger
high
6x arbalest cruise missile
1x 325mm prototype with thorium charge
1x drone link aungmentor
Now i get 489 dps with this set up and can perma run it which was my most important objective. My resist are over 60 accross the board and in 4 days my dps will be 509 do you think this will do me good in lvl 4 while i train up other skills

I recommend you using rat-specific harderners. For example:
Guristas: 2 Kin 1 Therm
Blood Raiders: 2 Therm 1 EM
Use hardeners like that and your tank abilities will spike through the roof. Also, use this site for checking out each mission's info (hardeners info also available)

4 cap flux colis, why, you killing you shield boost?
Your trying to tank everything with those shield hardeners, all you will do is end up with overall bad resistances.
Very poor,
Do a search and read the forums for a good set up

the flux dont affect my shield boost at all they help me perma run the tank and the hardners give me 66% and higher across the board it wont get much better than that and the hardners are rat specific

Terrible and very poor is your reply. Flux coils do not affect shield boost at all. Please keep your fails to yourself.

This sir is what i used for months and months till i upgraded (more like leeched) to a CNR:
6x Arby's Cruise
2x Heavy Diminishing Power system drain
1x X-Large Booster II
1x Shield Boost Amp I (yes t1...never could be arsed to train for t2 :P)
3x Rat specific hardeners
3x BCU's II
2x Cap Flux Coil
3x Cap control circuits
Yes it does perma tank (with my skills that is) and it will lol-at 90% of level 4s.

yo i checked out your fitting and it does not perma tank for me i have all cap skills at lvl 5 and added a cap recharger in that empty slot you have help me out if you can

What's the deal with permatanking an XL booster? Why is it so important to you (It's overkill)
Any XL boost raven setup that you make will gimp the damage output - more damage = quicker missions.
IN all honesty this setup will be a slow lv4 mission runner that will only just be able to tank DPS. It's all about the resists. Use hardeners that are specific to the mission, and use more BCU. I tank LV4's fine with a large shield booster unless I KNOW the mission put a lot of DPS my way. But then I run 80-90% resists for the rats.
THose extra two highs, by all means fit what you have. Or if you want more ISK fit a tractor and a salvager.

3 BCUs, CPR II, Flux Coil II
3 CCC
Even with mediocre skills this will run 24/7 and is usually enough for Lvl 4's....but i run it with the first 5 LG Crystals.

Ya I really dont get how he is running a shield booster perm with that set up.
If you think corp is different than a guild or clan you have some insecurity issues.

Sorry I didn't replied before, I forgot I posted on this thread 
QbnOutLawZ was right, I forgot to add the cap recharger on that "missing" med slot. I also have a +3% cap Implant: Hardwiting - Inherent Implants 'Squire' CR4
That's probably what's missing on your setup to perma tank it.

Oh, you can get a LOT better than that. I see you're at least semi rat-specific (2 specific + 1 invul), which is better than none, but going for specific resist can make a lot of difference.
With 80% resists you have 2x better tank than with 60% (or more accurately, you receive half the damage)
