Would it be possible to have the quote window actually state how much of a mineral you are missing to complete the production? It's annoying having to figure out how much you have, then subtract the amount (which you probably closed that window already so you have to bring it up again) to get what you need.
Please?

Oh I did. Very nice changes.
Linky for the lazy.
Some Requests: Please make the window moveable/resizeable. I realize you dont want me interacting with things while its going on, like moving items in my inventory around, but I sometimes need to check what is behind the window. Also, there is no reason why the last 1/2 of the last line had to be cut off when I have plenty of screen space that I can adjust and fill.
Also I would like to be able to resize the columns, but thats of lesser importance. I just hope they auto-size for when I need to go build a dozen hyperions or something (I didnt go and look).
Looking forward to more UI love and industry boosts! ------

Wow, this gets a response but people testing all the changes on SiSi are not worth replying to? CELESTE LOTTERIES: Where losing is almost harder than winning... almost. |

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
Yes, that's me screaming in your face in the naive hope that you will actually take notice of the following:
Developers will comment on the tasks they are working on or are responsible for. They won't comment on the tasks that they're not. This is generally a good thing. Many, many people have pointed this out before, including developers.
Would you rather a general ban on all developers posting until the one developer you're pestering for a response from has the time or inclination to post? No, you'd rather just have a little counter-productive whine that only makes developers less likely to post in the future. Well done you.
As to the feature at hand: That looks like a very useful improvement, cheers for letting us know it's coming.

Very nice Chronotis.
But beware, people will want your children if we can also start multiple identical jobs at the same time -- [17:47] <Mephysto> its dead, jim |

Ok, no idea if its possible but:
AUTOMATIZATION: some way of putting lab/factory works on multiple copies of same BPO/BPC in quick manner
Atm: 1. right click BPO/BPC 2. select "manufacture/invent" 3. select target factory 4. select factory slot (at POS) 5. accept 6. accept again (from selection window) 7. see total consumption window, accept again 8. patiently wait for installation to get done MULTIPLY this by number of jobs
It takes around 10 seconds (if all windows load properly) up to 20 seconds if installation (8) is lagged to put one job. Then try another 9 jobs (for total of 10). Then do this every hour (due to short time of invention).
And if you want to put in meta modules - shot yourself in the foot because ya need 3 more clicks = up to 10 seconds (even more if station/pos inventory is lagged/delayed and doesnt load properly).
And how id like to see it: 1. select MULTIPLE BPO/s BPCs 2. manufacture 3. select POS factory (no slot selection) 4. see total components list 5. final accept For inventing just add one more screen where you select decryptor/meta module for all jobs.
The most important change? All 5 works are put together (less annoying clicky clicky) and will occupy next free factory slot. The "same type of BPO/BPC" = exactly same ME/PE/max copies etc.
No idea if others like it, no idea if its possible at all to do but its something ya might think about. And it would help with those repetitive production steps (even if you had to put only 2 BPOs into factory it would be much faster this way).

Oh, this, oh so much this!
Even having the windows just remember the settings would help immensely. And if the prompt would automatically select a random *free* assembly line and only ask me to pick an assembly line / lab slot _if_ there was a queue, it would help, like, massively. Not having to reselect every single hangar for input/output would make setting up jobs so much less annoying.

Great for empire I agree, but the problem may be in 0.0 where different assembly lines can have different prices ;)
Never the less, would be nice as an option.
