Some corps may want to discuss things you would NOT hurry to post on our public boards, so we can provide in-game diplomatic contacts, or even board private-message contacts.

Bummer, but, bumping is illegal - I got a 24hr ban for it.
From the forum rules.

Apparently folks are still at times trying to contact the PA through more-or-less random channels. It'd be nice if you tried this way (see first post).
Certainly trying to convo a random pilot in space will get you exactly nowhere, 9 times outta 10, especially since most PvPers run autoreject most of the time.

Generally things are going very well using our public forums diplomatic section as a contact point.
I just want to stress however that it's MUCH better if you just contact me via PM on those forums and I can put you in contact with a diplomatic rep of the PA council. It ensures your privacy (if that is what you want) and saves the matter from the general public and the odd troll who wanders though the open public section of our forums. 
Mind you it also protects you from our general membership as well, who aren't averse to forum silliness either
