I would first like to say that I am a trader whose only experiance of pvp is being suicide ganked. Some might say this disqualifies me from having an opinion on pvp balence but I say phish! This forum is filled with the rants of those who are clearly completely ingorant of pvp and CCP has made it clear by their actions that these players will be listened to!
I am sure that by now the pvp crowd are grating their teeth in anger and planning their terrible vengeance upon me but guess what Mr & Mrs PvP - you don't matter anymore. You has beens who never really was.
Since CCP have taken to investigating the demographics of Eve it has become clear to all where the power really lies. It is us! The Carebears - those you look down on and dispise. Eve is our game now. Yes - we control your game!
So onto the meat of post. Why Matar must be nerfed and nerfed hard! 
1. Even in my luxury condo in Jita, amidst my pleasure slaves and servants, the news has reached my ear of the atrocities committed upon the brave fighter in defence of money and greed. Yes it is true the Caldari have come to defend their race in far greater numbers than any other race and yet the perversion that is pvp in Eve has conspired to rob them of victory.
So I hear you say what has this to do with the Matar - it is the Gallente wtfpwning our brave Caldari warriors. Who cares - nerf the Matar anyway. Those low down sneaky Gallentee all fly Matar. Good for nothing elitest pvpers only fit to abuse the FOTM.
2. Throughout the expanses of 0.0 the decnt folk who seek to build, create, and make truck loads of isk are being plundered by hordes of uneducated pvp adicts flying high speed Matar ships. Sure they fly some non Matar ships so we must nerf them to but above all we must nerf the Matar to save civilisation in 0.0.
0.0 is cruel and harsh place where untold atrocities are commited by evil pvpers. The only hope in this forsaken space is the rise of industrial alliances dedicated to prosperity. By allowing market forces free reign and nerfing to oblivion the offensive arsenal of the horde of Barbarians 0.0 can be saved and prosperity can flourish. We must do it - we owe it to future generations.
Throughout Eve today pvpers fly Matar. Your time has come. The nerfs proposed by CCP are not enough and so I propose:
- the Hurricane lose its' 6th turret
- the Rifter, Stabber, Vagabond, Rapier and all the other fast pesks get a 150% mass increase and all other Matar ships a 125% mass increase.
- Large AC's are clearly overpowered - nerf them! Halve their tracking and falloff.
- the Typhoon is rumoured to be a good ship if you have 25m plus SP's. What sort of elitist crap is this - nerf it. 50m3 drone bay and only 2 missile bays should sort it out nicely.
Hmm - have I missed anything . . .

Minmatar do need nerf based on FW. Even the FOTM Amarr could not beat them as Minmatar are way too good for fleet blobs.
Phoon is horribly overpowered ship. It has way too many drones and missiles to be balanced at that speed. Look at Dominix and Raven to see where Phoon should be. 80m/s post nerf sounds about right.
Also, Minmatar is rece of choice for gate camping and killing victims that keep CCP above water. Even medium autocannons can hit out to whole 20km range due to ability to fight in extreme falloff, the whole falloff is overdone and needs to be in line with optimal. Also Minmatar can lock haulers before they warp, scan res should be brought more in line with Caldari ships, after all you have TP to increase lock time and you should be using them.

Actually it's INCREDIBLE trolling. It's funny afterall, and it's presented in a tone that makes me assume it's a satirical view of the situation. More importantly it drew a response from someone against what he said.

Nerf something !!! Thats important !!! Minmatar are too fast !!! Even with afterburners !!! And they tank too well !!!
P.S. Nerf cap rechargers and PDU, Shield power relays and all other modules wich dont have stacking penalties. They make this game overpowered !!!
