I am about to finish Empire Control 5 on Tank CEO in 10 hours. I trained this skill specifically to try and make some passive isk if you will and maybe create a pirate alliance of my own if I ever decide to become active again. I keep my account alive because I beleive eve too good of a game to quit.
So. I will create alliances for people for a price of 125m.
Why should you trust a pirate you might ask. Well, like I said, the main purpose was to make some isk off this and I wouldn't want to hurt my reputation with honesty. Im a 'honorable' pirate and I keep my word in-game with ransoms, anything that has to do with honestly, I keep my word. I even paid DigitalCommunist 2b isk over a stupid bet... or was it 1.4b, I forgot.
So, If you want a alliance created. Send me a eve-mail ingame. I check my account 1-5 times a week or you can just post here.
Hopefully you guys can trust me and we can do some business. Best thing of all it saves you the time of training up Empire Control 5. Here is my eve skill list on ineve.net for alittle assurance. I am API Verified.

Can't agree more... funniest thing in hell to have Tank here create an alliance!
If I was looking for an alliance creator I would use Tank, provided that Chribba handles the cash... of course... Tank is a pirate after all.

Look, I would like to make some isk of this. I wouldn't jepordize my reputation just to make a billion isk.. I mean, I spend 800-900m per 3 months just on Game time Cards which kinda puts a dent in my wallet when I don't really play and I hate to npc, mission, basically anything that doesn't involve killing I hate it.
But I have alot of chinese farmers that can vouche for me, I keep my word with my ransoms with them always.

Why don't you boost up Ethnic Relations to 4 or 5 and get the sov. skillbook ??
My alt has that too.

I watched your little movie on youtube , salute to you 
Also I would recommend you to train also ethnic relations to lv5 and sov to lv4 , then you can get some customers ( with daily bumping on eve forum ) .
Most of alliance creating people have that skills , because they make alliance plus boost executer corp ( or corp in alliance that buyer choose ) that that corp can have all races and 5300 members ( with sov lv4 ) . Yes you are prolly wondering why in hell they need skills for 5300 members , but tbh if i'm paying i would rather take that service .
