Very Interesting stuff. Most interesting is the EV claims to attack PA and prepared to fight NAST. Interesting comments by shark. Seems you all have issue more serious than your southern enemies. The internal fighting over who get's what and why. That is a joke. EV I wasn't in the CA when I read about what you did to Omega corp and the claiming of mining areas. I now know that it's all true. You are lucky to have a home at all in 0.0 and yet it seems to spit in the face of those that helped you get there. Seems CoD and FU are clueless, maybe they have been left in the dark. Another interesting one is the Oberon landgrab of the D7 Station where Kronarty continual asserts the PA claim to stations deemed "free" and open under the NAST. - That one is also pretty good for showing just how immensely patient RKK have actually been with this. EV were banging on about closing down Vale for this new UNICORN alliance of theirs (first time I heard the name was about a week ago) and we weren't happy with it, and were in mid talks trying to come to a solution. JPA (Jade puppet alliance) then declared war, and EV followed. We've never had any dealing with EV except welcoming them and encouraging their settlement. That's the full story I think, I'm sure I've not missed anything out. I won't draw any conclusions because I'd never even met EV until a couple of weeks ago, but those are the facts. Landgrab? What for? We don't have enough stations? We don't have enough ore? They handed the station off to RONA until the situation was settled. We offered to give it to CoD, of which FU claimed they didn't trust, so we held it. The next day, Oberon did in fact say they had made a mistake, and RONA gave RKK permission to take the station back. There was no land grab there was miscommunication, and the PA fleet, in Halseth's error, responded to the threat. Look at the post on your own forums, it's all there in black and white. Also for the last time, I never posted any convo's, the individual who is feeding us information took the shots. I posted them as proof that we did indeed have access, I stated I would not post them on the forums, and I have not. Anywhere. Funny how i found In the Jericho's forums about how they dont shoot first? They shot at silent guard first. They shot at a person named Transporter who was in a Standard Corp. he also made a post about it. and also exposed EV's claiming of space I also sent that proof to Jade to which i got no reply. Pa was fighting along EV and considered them friends. I warned PA about what EV was up too. They want the Geminate and Vale region for themselves and will do anything to get it. As shown on Jericho's Forums Tamish stated that they were willing to launch a guerilla war against PA. if neccessary EV claimed nast Territory and is now Fighting along with NAST members. i find that funny too Since EV saw all these corps delcareing war on PA. In there best interest to control the regions they want for themselves. They of course jumped on the badwagon

Kronarty on maybe occassions refers the PA's rights to that station and is incredibly confrontation and difficult to deal with. That pretty much shows RKK's patience right there. Plus of course this is while you were agreeing NAP with CA and we were receiving intel that Halseth was planning a C4 (P4) style protectorate for PA and a joined attack on Fountain with the remement FE helping. You will understand how in the circumstances laying on contigency plans was eminently sensible. PA is not an alliance with a reputation for honourable dealing. Many of the hardcore pirate elements of FE never even made the move to join CA(afaik). I don't know what Jade is trying to say but my guess is that Jade doesn't think pirates in EVE should ever be allowed to change their careers. And by George I guess that means Agent Runners should never-ever-never-ever-never-nay be allowed to stop running agent missions and do anything else in EVE. It'd only be fair to say miners are screwed as well. From this moment forth any of the well known Mining and/or Industrialist Corporations in EVE can expect a war from me if they decide to try something new in EVE like PvP of any sort.
