The new Crime & punishment description
Crime & Punishment
Warn others of the latest scam, hire a mercenary to seek revenge or brag about your kills. This is the place to discuss the criminal elements of EVE.
Whoever wrote that probably isn't very active on the C&P forums. C&P is made up almost entirely of pirates, criminals, scammers and warriors. There's some anti-piracy and anti-scam but that's a very small portion of it. It's written from a "carebear" perspective and puts too much emphasis on the punishment side.
It needs to be more true to its community and start on the Crime side with a little bit of punishment. Carebear newbies are going to walk in, whine, and then get flamed to hell. The description should be more direct about it. Maybe something like
Crime & Punishment
Piracy, scams, mercenaries, and more. Carebears beware; C&P invokes the dark side of EVE's nature.
