Well on his way to flying the most majestic of shiny golden space-turds, this tightly-focused pilot has nary a wasted SP to be found and can be built in any number of directions. He can already fly (although not perfectly by any means) an Archon or a Revelation, and is in the perfect place for the intelligent player to tailor him to their exact needs, with most all the boring **** taken care of for you.

I'll be online around 1930 EVE time to around 2015. As long as the ISK and account name are there (I'll stay logged in the whole time in case you have any questions) I will start the transfer then.
Sorry to other bidders but I can't get online right this second and this guy's TZ seems to align closest to my own.
