as said above, would you be willing to liqidate all assets and sell char on its own, therefore reducing the price conciderably.
If so then i will have a generous offer for you.
edit:
If current price is set at 3.8b for char and assets, theoretically without freighter and buyorders the char price would be around the 1.8B mark (assuming 1.3b in orders and 700/800m freighter) I would be willing to purchase the char at a sum of 2B isk without freighter and orders.

you did your math and looked at the necessary attributes that would make this character suffice for your needs thus you may have her for 2 billion isk if you are still interested. I shall set her to be in npc corp 24 hours from this post. If i shall not hear from you again.....she is still for sale.....
remember of course..you will have no assets
