Epidermis Sliver:
1-5 Bone Splinters 1:1 - 1 Bone Splinter gets you 1 Epidermis Silver
6-20 Bone splinters 13:10 - 10 gets you 13 Epidermis Sliver
21-50 Bone Splinters 7:5 - 21 bone splinters gets you 29 Epidermis Sliver
51 and up 4:3 - 100 Bone Splinters gets you 133 Epidermis Sliver
Blood Drops
1-5 Bone Splinters 1:2 - 2 Bonesplinter gets you 1 Blood Drop
6-10 Bone Splinters 5:9 - 9 Bone Splinters get you 5 Blood Drops
11 and up Bone Splinters 8:15 - 30 Bone Splinters get you 16 Blood Drops
Cerebral Slices
5:1 - Five Bone splinter gets you one Cerebral Slices
Liver Bile
4:1 - Four Bone splinters gets you one Liver Bile

Empires buy back:
Epidermis Silver in batches of 1000 units
Bone Splinters in batches of 750
Blood Drops in in batches of 400 unit
Liver Bile in batches of 200 unit
Cerebral Slices in batches of 150 units
Since the batch size is after rarity, and blood raiders did drop a lot of Bone Splinters I think you will find my exchange rate quite fair for both parts.

Zinjan,
I have 169 Splinters... at your current rate that would be 90 or so Blood Drops.
Do you have that many?

Ok, I'm a bit confused. According to this post your trading epidermis for bone, but when I spoke to you ingame a little while ago you said you were going to start trading your bone for epidermis. If you are still going to trade bone for epidermis contact me again, I traded off some of the bone we spoke about but have come across a bit more so am still interested in trading it for some epidermis.

Alex I was jokeing - you wanted to trade me 1 bone for every 2 silver 
So I told you that in that case I would collect silver instead - I would get 1500 (150%)silver for 750 bones (100%) at your rate
