Ok heres the deal. Im looking to get into setting up some moon harvesting arrays and some silo's. the thing that sucks for my is that i know nothing about pos's. can someone enlighten me about what im gonna need and maybe tell me is it possible to set up more than one moon miner on a pos? and info would be good and i am all set with thread trolls.

Moon mining can only be one in 0.3 qnd below. That's the first thing to know.
Each moon is different and can have 1 type of mineral or many. Each mineral can only be mined by 1 harvester regardless of it's abundance, so if for instance you have cobalt abundance 3 you can only use one harvester on it. If you also have say silicates in the same moon you can use a seperate harvester for that.
The harvesters have to be linked to the silos in the tower managment screen.
POSs can be hard work for a newcomer, so make sure you do your research and know what you are doing before jumping headlong into it.

Another suggestion I would add is log on to SiSi and try it out there first, so you can figure out the mechanics without wasting a lot of ISK on Tranquility.
Just be aware that moon minerals on SiSi are randomized, and have no correlation to TQ.
