Can someone please tell me where i find these?
are they in serpentis complex's? if so what ded rating and any info on said plex's would be nice..

6/10 plexes, doable in a dualbox with a 1300-1500 DPS tank. You need a good 1k DPS to bring down the last overseer. If you have a pimped marauder, you may be able to solo it.

lol i am miles away from a marauder let alone maxed skills and or pimped out..
Thanks for the info tho good to know. looks like i will be hunting down 3/10s for some time

 It's not really worth it to hunt these out as they only spawn in 0.0 as you're probably aware - and without alliance protection or a blue area, it's more trouble than it's worth.

Gurista 6/10s must be the easiest thing ever, easily doable with a single cruise raven 
while your falcon pilot warps off in a pod, baffled at why his FC Borat can't learn to not pyramid-quote.

6/10 do spawn in lowsec though but not so often.

truth. ive done a 6/10 in a .4 system.
the overseers can be a pain though...

Not sure if plex overseers still work the same, but back when I ran complexes (1+ years ago) if you stayed outside their "activation range" their armor tank would never turn on and you just had to deal with their puny shield tank
